We arrived early to watch this small storm build up and move out at sea, hoping we would see something special. A few internal flashes teased of what might happen, and then, just as the last light of sunset was painting the cloud tops a soft pink, the storm threw down a fantastic strike above the pacific; the first and greatest of the night.
